Maintain an elevated showroom experience through impeccable merchandising standards, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Consistently track leads, follow up with clients, and support conversion, upsell, and repeat purchase opportunities
Capture and document key learnings from client design consultations (common layouts, constraints, and questions) and feed these into social and lifecycle content ideas that drive future showroom visits and inquiries
Works with Showroom Manager to manage and track key metrics
Lead the interior design perspective for the showroom, curating layouts, vignettes, and styling that highlight the brand’s unique designs and material stories
Provide in‑showroom design consultations, including space planning and product recommendations that feel modern, edited, and tailored
Translate the brand’s design language into physical merchandising: from kitchen and dining “moments” to whole‑room concepts that feel livable, not over‑styled
Act as the lead designer for room‑level solutions, creating cohesive furniture and finish plans for clients that can be delivered as design service packages (mood boards, space plans, and product lists)
Partner with the art director and e‑commerce team to translate in‑showroom vignettes and design stories to the website, landing pages, and digital storytelling (e.g., ‘shop the room’ concepts)
Partner with leadership on upcoming collections, launches, and floor moves to ensure the showroom always feels fresh and intentional
Partner with operations or trade teams (as applicable) to ensure design solutions are executable and aligned with lead times and inventory
Collaborate with marketing team to concept and capture showroom‑based content (photos, video, reels) that educates customers on materials, construction, and design choices
Serve as an on‑camera or voiceover lead for product walk‑throughs, “how we designed this chair,” and styling tips that feel low‑key, intelligent, and approachable
Own a consistent on‑camera presence for social content, speaking to interior design trends, ‘how to put a room together,’ and real client scenarios that attract customers to the showroom
Collaborate with the social media manager to pitch and refine content formats that perform in an algorithm‑first environment (hooks, series concepts, repeatable formats) while staying true to the brand’s low‑key luxury voice
Work with lifecycle marketing to adapt content (design tips, how‑to guides, product education) into email and SMS flows that nurture prospects from inspiration to showroom appointment and purchase
Develop simple, repeatable content ideas grounded in real client questions from the showroom (comfort, scale, finishes, durability, care)
Ensure all content reflects the brand’s visual standards: clean, modern, quietly luxurious, and focused on materials and form
Partner with the Showroom Manager to develop sales forecasts and targets for the showroom
Lead visual merchandising for Denver Modern and partner brands in the showroom, ensuring product stories, adjacencies, and signage reflect current campaigns and inventory priorities
Provide visual merchandising direction and feedback for website, social assets, and paid media, ensuring consistency between in‑showroom storytelling and online experiences
Collaborate with lifecycle and broader marketing teams to create in‑showroom events, workshops, or trend talks that generate content and drive traffic
Regularly track and review key metrics (traffic, conversion, average ticket, category mix) to understand performance and identify opportunities
Present insights and recommendations to leadership based on showroom data, client feedback, and observed trends
Collaborate with marketing to execute against an agreed showroom marketing plan, including content themes, launch moments, events, and promotional focuses
Align social/content storytelling with showroom priorities and sales goals, ensuring that featured products and narratives support the broader marketing calendar
