Responsibilities

Under close supervision, assists in the following:
Integrate multiple healthcare data sets to support insights generation
Perform quantitative analysis to understand & validate data, spot patterns and trends, and generate takeaways and recommendations to client business needs
Design presentations and visuals to communicate key results of analysis
Partner with clients to identify key business questions and shape impactful and actionable solutions
Collaborate effectively with 159 onshore and offshore teams
Contribute to team discussions during brainstorming, planning, and problem-solving sessions
Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, or Business
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into strategic insights and recommendations for sales and marketing teams
Keen interest in the biotechnology, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industry coupled with willingness to learn about product marketing, sales analytics, and business intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with teammates and clients
Emphasis on attention to detail and quality of work
Strong collaborator and team player
Effective planning and time management skills
