Marketing Communications Lead
SoTalent is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Lead to shape a health and wellness venture's brand voice across digital platforms. This role involves driving social media strategies, influencer partnerships, PR efforts, and engaging content to build awareness and community in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Define and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and more for emerging wellness initiatives
Set up accounts, create and curate resonant content, manage calendars tied to product launches, and foster community through timely engagement
Build influencer networks (micro, nano, macro) for paid/organic campaigns; develop PR materials to amplify brand love via media outreach
Collaborate with commercial teams and agencies while tracking wellness trends, algorithms, and tools to optimize reach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's from a top US institution in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years in social media management, ideally in wellness/tech startups, with proven brand growth via engagement and sales
Expert English writing, video editing skills, crisis management, and platform proficiency; positive ownership mindset with ~10% travel
