Mondo is seeking a Lead Sigma Insights Analyst to design, develop, and deliver advanced dashboards and reports in Sigma. The role involves collaborating with sales and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and requires strong data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reports exclusively in Sigma
Perform heads-down development focused on data visualization and analytics
Translate Salesforce sales data into clear, business-friendly insights
Manage and track work in Jira within an Agile environment
Present dashboards and findings to business partners for feedback and iteration
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and solve problems

Required

5+ years of experience in data visualization or analytics
1+ year of professional, hands-on Sigma experience
Strong experience building dashboards and reports end-to-end in Sigma
Functional Salesforce experience (opportunities, stages, pipelines, bookings)
Experience working with sales data and KPIs
Ability to deeply understand business context behind the data
Basic to intermediate SQL skills (SELECTs, joins)
Strong task management skills; able to work independently and efficiently
Agile experience with Jira or similar tools

Preferred

Tableau experience
Data visualization design experience (Figma, Adobe, or similar wireframing tools)
