Junior Human Resources Manager
Mount Franklin Foods is seeking a Junior Human Resources Manager to enhance employee experience and drive cultural transformation. This role involves developing programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, performance, and relations, while partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain internal employee engagement programs with updated communications, events, tools, and resources, leveraging channels to promote employee engagement
Leverage employee engagement survey data to understand engagement drivers and outcomes and to ensure action plans are implemented in a timely manner to improve in every competency
Create "out of the box" initiatives to enhance the virtual and in person employee experience throughout the employee life cycle
Create and maintain a valuable feedback loop from engagement to operations on what opportunities exist and propose plans for how to best support all our operations
Manage programs and initiatives that focus on promoting employee appreciation and recognition
Lead and organize an internal committee and develop a company-wide calendar and produce events that provide meaningful experiences for employees
Lead all initiates that will impact employee engagement from talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, motivation and recognition programs and training and development plants. Prioritizes tasks and projects, tracks, and reviews work progress
Lead communication efforts along with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment to company goals, updates, and other activities (e.g., job descriptions, advertisements, salary/hiring recommendations, etc.)
Gathers, summarizes, and analyzes a variety of information and uses this information to make recommendations with significant impact on employees
Consults with Director of HR provide and obtain information and ensure the consistent administration of employee engagement and human resources programs/procedures
Interprets and enforces human resources-related Department policies/procedures
Analyzes and adjusts policies/procedures to ensure consistency
Assists in the development, implementation and tracking of goals/policies/procedures and Department programs
Maintains currency in the principles and practices of human resources
Serves on various committees within and outside the Department
Develops and reviews selection tests
Prepares and analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and or reductions and may allocate operating budget funds
Generates various computerized lists/reports (e.g., job analysis results, test results, etc.)
Supervises and participates in the evaluation of positions to determine the proper classification of each
Develops recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Department policies and state and federal laws
Conducts training regarding Employee Engagement and Human Resources' procedures and policies
Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards, sanitation standards, food safety standards, employee safety, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Administration or Psychology or related field or 3 years in Employee Engagement and Human Resources Leadership functions
Skilled in oral communication, both one-on-one and in presenting information to groups
Analytical Thinking

Must be able to visually recognize non-conforming products, equipment, and packaging materials, and do sensory evaluations for any non-conforming product(s)
Must be able to lift 30 lbs

Knowledge Of Laws applicable to employment practices
