Call Center Representative
Responsibilities
Answer and manage 150+ inbound calls per day
Assist employees with payroll-related questions, including:
W-2 forms
Paystubs
Payroll checks
Provide accurate and professional customer service
Document calls and resolutions thoroughly
Use internal systems to research and resolve inquiries
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and professional phone presence
Must have reliable high-speed internet
Must be able to connect modem directly to the computer (no Wi-Fi)
Preferred
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
