Responsibilities

Model healthcare data for operations, analytics and ML using dimensional or data-vault techniques

Partner with data scientists to productionize ML/AI solutions: implement feature pipelines, , batch and streaming inference endpoints, drift/performance monitoring, and practical explainability for end users

Automate repetitive analytics tasks and integrate ML models into production-grade data pipelines

Design, build, and maintain pipelines supporting batch and near-real-time operational, analytical and ML workloads

Enable downstream analytics by publishing curated marts/views and managing schema updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field. A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered

3–6 years in data engineering building production pipelines and data models in a cloud environment

Hands-on ML/AI experience: feature engineering, deployment, monitoring, and practical explainability

Strong SQL (Snowflake or similar) and Python; experience with orchestration tools (ADF or similar) and CI/CD for data

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare and Salesforce data models is a plus
