Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Engagement and Performance Division (EPD)

Develop and drive improvements in the performance of executive branch departments and agencies through ongoing programs and projects involving lean process improvement, citizen and resident engagement, and improved technology adoption

Interact regularly with the executive office, the State Budget Office, and the leadership of executive branch departments and agencies

Required

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major

Two years of experience as a professional manager or program/staff specialist, or equivalent experience
