Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, cold emails, and networking
Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Client Engagement: Present QuickPrepAI’s software development and AI services to business decision-makers across industries
Market Expansion: Research and target startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients seeking digital transformation or product development
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs

Qualification

Required

Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or IT services sales (preferably software development, custom software)
Proven Track Record: Strong background in lead generation, proposal management, and deal closures
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Ability to explain software solutions (web, mobile, enterprise, AI) to non-technical clients
