Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the accounts payable cycle, including recording, verifying, and reconciling ledgers for 100+ monthly vendor transactions
Process vendor payments with high accuracy and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners
Manage executive calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and coordinate all aspects of professional travel
Oversee office essentials, handle incoming calls, and assist with creative projects like building presentations
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations within a busy manufacturing setting
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, including full-cycle payment processing
At least 2 years of professional administrative experience
Proficiency in SAGE accounting software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Strong communication skills for interacting with prospective clients and current customers
Preferred
Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience with Canva or similar design tools for presentation building
Ability to work independently and manage complex priorities
