Responsibilities
Create Opportunities: Proactively connect with new and existing clients through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
Own the Outreach: Launch and manage high-impact email campaigns that keep AX9 top of mind
Get Out There: Represent AX9 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (yes, travel is part of the fun)
Drive Results: Execute sales strategies that consistently meet and exceed targets
Track Wins: Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and support branch growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills — you're confident speaking, writing, and presenting
Organized, driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable with cold calling, walking into businesses, and turning “no” into opportunity
High-energy, self-motivated, and disciplined with a team-first mindset
Resilient, competitive, and hungry to win
