This role requires a hands-on professional to architect robust GRC frameworks and integrate OpenPages modules with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Define and document OpenPages architecture aligned with business requirements and compliance standards
Design integrations with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, etc.)
Configure OpenPages modules (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Audit, etc.) based on client needs
Develop workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
Provide guidance to development teams on best practices for OpenPages customization and deployment
Ensure adherence to standards and security protocols
Implement APIs and connectors for data exchange between OpenPages and other systems
Manage data migration and cleansing activities
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years in IT solution architecture with at least 3 years focused on OpenPages
Proven track record of hands-on OpenPages implementation and customization
Strong knowledge of OpenPages architecture and modules
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
Experience with cloud platforms, WebSphere, and DB2
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
OpenPages certification
Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance standards
Familiarity with AI/ML integration for risk analytics
