Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video and website products, collaborating with internal teams when needed
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Consistently deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining a positive customer experience
Participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and on-call support coverage
Qualification
Required

Friendly, personable, and empathetic communicator
Comfortable working with computers and various tech tools
Strong technical writing and email communication skills
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a can-do attitude
Must be available to work in person
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service experience
