Responsibilities

Lead and oversee customer deployments from initiation through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery

Actively manage complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring and supporting project managers

Own the day-to-day executive-level relationship with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Develop, manage, and continuously improve commercial and pilot project plans Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Sales, Support, and external partners

Set clear expectations, manage project schedules, and determine resource needs across multiple initiatives

Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions that protect timelines and customer trust Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to ensure alignment and accountability Identify opportunities for business expansion and add-on sales tied to project success

Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes, tools, and methodologies

Communicate clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across deployments
