Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the company's leadership to implement an analytics and experimentation-driven growth strategy for digital products

Work with junior project managers to define the scope of minimum viable prototypes for both internal and external client projects

Utilize customer research, data analysis, market insights, and competition analysis to inform strategic decisions

Define customer problem statements, value propositions, and prioritize features for phased project launches by leveraging usability studies, customer feedback, and A/B testing

Guide decision-making by market research and revenue forecasts to assess business feasibility and ensure alignment with growth objectives

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products, incorporating pricing strategies, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives

Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize lead generation, customer retention, and engagement

Integrate web analytics products into the company's digital assets, building a robust analytics stack to support growth marketing efforts

Share thought leadership both within the organization and at industry events to keep the company ahead of market trends

Work closely with the marketing team to build automation programs based on data analysis and segmentation, driving sustained growth and maximizing business impact

Must be able to travel/ relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the US
