Responsibilities
Oversee 4–5 active projects ranging from $2M–$12M in value, with durations typically between 1.5 weeks and 1 month
Manage all aspects of project delivery including solicitation, bidding, estimation support, execution, and closeout
Partner closely with business development and estimating teams to identify opportunities, bid strategically, and maintain profitability
Direct and coordinate field operations, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards
Provide technical leadership on drilled shaft and deep foundation construction methods, including equipment selection, design coordination, and quality control
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, DOT representatives, and project stakeholders
Review and analyze project financials, cost projections, and change orders to ensure accuracy and accountability
Participate in developing preconstruction processes as part of a growing regional team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project Management experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction
Proven track record managing drilled shaft or deep foundation projects
Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects with tight turnaround times
Working knowledge of Excel, HeavyBid, and related construction management software
Willingness to travel occasionally within Georgia (overnight stays as needed)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
Experience managing DOT or utility infrastructure projects
