Inside Sales Executive

Windcave is a high-growth, innovative global leader in payment technology. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting outside and inside sales of Windcave products and managing relationships with existing accounts to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
Business contract management and inbound ticket management
Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required

Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
Proven background in doing inside/outbound sales B2B sales, from fintech or SaaS or payment sales background
Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs
