Responsibilities

Configuring and optimizing Dayforce Core HR modules including employee records, organizational hierarchies, job structures, and position management
Leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements using best practices aligned with Ceridian Dayforce standards
Partnering with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure clean data flow across benefits, time, payroll, and talent modules
Managing data integrity through audits, validation rules, and governance processes
Supporting change management, documentation, and end-user training to drive adoption

Required

Proficiency in Dayforce HCM Core HR with experience in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of HR data models, effective dating, and system dependencies

Ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable system solutions
Strong client-facing communication skills with a consultative mindset
