Responsibilities
Act as the internal lead for Oracle Fusion EPM implementation initiatives, owning scope, timelines, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Ensure project governance, change control, and compliance standards are consistently followed throughout the engagement
Conduct regular status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management with internal stakeholders and third-party implementation partners
Validate solution architecture proposed by vendors for Oracle Fusion EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives
Oversee integration strategy between Oracle Fusion EPM and related systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS platforms, and external data sources
Provide functional expertise in payroll processing for U.S. and Mexico associates using SAP HCM, ECP, and/or SuccessFactors
Gather business requirements
Prepare functional specifications
Configure solutions
Support testing and deployment
Coordinate with SAP technical teams for end-to-end delivery
Support configuration and maintenance activities across SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, workflow rules, role-based permissions, and Kronos Workforce Central time capture and management
Qualification
Required
Experience with Oracle Fusion EPM implementation initiatives
Ability to own scope, timelines, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Knowledge of project governance, change control, and compliance standards
Experience conducting regular status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management
Ability to validate solution architecture proposed by vendors for Oracle Fusion EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS
Experience ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives
Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
Knowledge of wholesale distribution-specific requirements including inventory management, freight costs, rebates, and SKU-level profitability
Experience overseeing integration strategy between Oracle Fusion EPM and related systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS platforms, and external data sources
Functional expertise in payroll processing for U.S. and Mexico associates using SAP HCM, ECP, and/or SuccessFactors
Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, configuring solutions, supporting testing and deployment
Ability to coordinate with SAP technical teams for end-to-end delivery
