Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
Attend court hearings in person and virtually
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Virginia (Maryland preferred as well)
3+ years of experience preferred, but we'll consider all qualified applicants
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Preferred

Bankruptcy experience preferred
Multi-state licensure
Litigation or collections experience
Federal licensure
