Responsibilities
Lead UX discovery and design for high impact initiatives: plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, define personas, journeys, and service blueprints, and turn insights into clear IA and interaction models
Wireframe and prototype user flows and interfaces using Figma; Document decision logs and design rationale for engineering hand offs
Diagram business processes and workflows using Lucidchart (Lucid Charts) to visualize current state and future state operations, dependencies, and edge cases
Design UI systems: components, patterns, and guidelines that are accessible, consistent, and scalable across products
Partner with engineering and products to validate feasibility, refine requirements, and support delivery through reviews, QA on design fidelity, and iterative improvements
Measure and improve define success metrics, contribute to A/B test plans, analyze qualitative/quantitative feedback, and drive continuous UX enhancements
Advocate for design quality and accessibility (WCAG) throughout the lifecycle
Qualification
Required
10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows end to end problem solving (discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped UI)
Expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, design tokens)
Strong experience with Lucidchart/Lucid Charts for wireframing and workflow visualization
Proven ability to model complex business processes, simplify workflows, and translate them into usable product experiences
