Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT activity audits per the requiring activities, directives, manuals, policies, guidance, and procedures
Use optimized methods to search each audited account, focusing on improper use according to client policy
Review the log search results to compile the findings based on results from dirty word lists, unauthorized domains, and behavior not compliant with the NDOC managed attribution Terms of Use (TOU) and AR 381-10 or other client-based governing documents
Maintain key logs on a Government system using an agreed upon naming convention to the Government NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer for action in the case of potential Questionable Activities (QA) or TOU violations
Review material for potential QAs and/or misuse shall be reported to the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer, who may require additional searches of person(s) identified as possibly performing unauthorized activity
Provide additional background information on the user’s activity on all OSINT tools to the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer
Document all guidance reference matters dealing with QAs from the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer
Perform the audits in accordance with published and posted schedule, and organizational policy
Examine, evaluate, and investigate conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance and perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities

Required

Active TS/SCI Clearance required
Bachelors and 9+ years of experience, Masters and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience. Additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree
Ability to provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability
Ability to monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs
Nine years or more experience preferably related to OSINT, national or defense intelligence, federal law enforcement, or similar professions
Knowledge to assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.)
Skills to research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership, develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations, support development and analysis of intelligence products, present analysis or products to customers, and support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support
