Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offers

Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs, define roles, and develop effective sourcing strategies

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Coordinate the onboarding process, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and system set up

Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring process

Attend job/career fairs

Assist with employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures

Support performance management processes and training initiatives

Lead efforts in employee engagement and culture initiatives

Main point of contact for employees with questions and/or issues related to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and company policy
