Responsibilities
Provides information on a wide variety of topics to diverse audiences
Performs clerical support function for student affairs departments
Provides assistance during related campus events, information sessions, etc
Provides guidance and interpretation to students and faculty on enrollment policies and procedures and the enrollment process
Assists new students with establishing Banner Self-Service, Blackboard, and email accounts
Assists student resetting Banner-Self Service password
Assists with online applications and registration
Conducts campus tours
Answers a multi-line phone system, takes messages, transfers and refers calls to appropriate persons or department
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled student with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Over three (3) months of relevant full-time experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities
Preferred
Preference will be given to full-time students
