Responsibilities

Ensure all facilities operate in a safe, functional, and efficient manner through appropriate management and coordination of staff and financial resources
Provide guidance in the attainment of departmental goals
Promote teamwork among all personnel to ensure the high standards of operational readiness and regulatory compliance are met on an on-going basis
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to direct the services and equipment readiness appropriate for the patient/family population being served, neonate/infant through geriatric
