Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Mid-Senior and Director-level and above roles across HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Engineering

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business goals

Proactively source and engage executive-level talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools

Manage interviews, candidate evaluations and stakeholder communication

Lead offer strategy, compensation discussions and candidate close

Deliver market insights, pipeline updates and recruiting metrics

Maintain an exceptional candidate experience across multiple high-priority searches
