Perkins is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support their mission through effective data management and donor relationship building. The role involves processing gifts, managing donor records, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely operations.

Responsibilities

Process and upload daily gifts from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Serve as the primary contact with the lockbox vendor and support gift data troubleshooting
Manage donor records, tributes, matching gifts, and monthly giving in Salesforce
Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and annual statements in coordination with stewardship and mail vendors
Run reports, perform data queries, and support reconciliation with the Finance team
Respond to donor inquiries with professionalism and a donor-centered approach
Generate pledge reminders and support additional development operations as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of data entry experience
High attention to detail and commitment to donor service
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

nonprofit or fundraising experience
Experience with Salesforce
