Responsibilities
Manage the full AR cycle for commercial construction projects
Prepare and submit AIA billings to GCs and customers
Ensure billing aligns with job costs, contracts, and change orders
Apply cash receipts, reconcile AR, and support WIP and month‑end close
Serve as the AR point of contact for project managers and leadership
Qualification
Required
Construction accounting experience required
Hands-on AIA billing experience
Strong understanding of job costing
Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
Preferred
ProContractor experience a plus
