Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the construction sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors
Prepare and present customized proposals and bids for construction projects
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project management, operations) to ensure smooth execution of contracts
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline activity and progress toward goals
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build connections
Stay informed about relevant building trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the construction field

Required

3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in construction

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Zoho)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate: San Antonio
