Responsibilities

Manage multiple large projects and ensure the safety of the team

Facilitate and design the overall project, scope, and deliverables

Formulate full-scale project plans with timelines, tasks, resources, and budget

Prioritize, delegate, assess risks, and communicate effectively when problems arise

Mitigate problems through proper use of processes, standards, and early risk assessment

Measure progress and results, providing clarity and accountability for planning and forecasting

Build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers

Required

Bachelors' degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction project management and a High School Diploma/GED required

Ability to travel regionally to project sites required

5+ years of experience in construction project management with experience with managing multiple large projects; electrical construction strongly preferred
