Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology positions, from sourcing to initial screening
Work closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements, nuances, and priorities of each role
Respond quickly and effectively to incoming requisitions
Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels: direct outreach, online tools, referrals, research, professional networks, and more
Use resume databases and applicant tracking systems to identify, track, and manage candidate pipelines
Conduct initial qualification calls to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, professional organizations, and referral sources
Attend recruiting events, job fairs, or networking sessions as needed to grow the talent pipeline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Strong internet research abilities and comfort using online tools/platforms
Ability and willingness to learn technical terminology and concepts
Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
