Responsibilities
Grow and strategically expand the surgical service line and community relationships for a 270-bed acute care facility
Oversee a team including five direct reports and ten indirect reports and approximately 100 FTEs
Perform an assessment and provide recommendations
Drive business development
Build community and referral networks
Enhance access and volume across the hospital’s main OR and two affiliated surgical centers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Active GA RN license required
Relevant executive leadership experience in surgical or procedural services, with demonstrated success in business growth and service line development
Preferred
Strong operational experience
