Expert ability to effectively manage multiple project or programs for schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and effectively address competing demands
Communicates effectively to all audiences, including executives, team members, and stakeholders
Tailors messages to different stakeholders and facilitates open, clear communication
Engages, influences, and manages stakeholders at all levels
Proactively identifies and addresses stakeholder needs, expectations, concerns and resolves conflicts
Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle
Develops contingency plans and addresses potential obstacles
Monitors risks and adapts strategies to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives
Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions
Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action and escalates appropriately to the key stakeholders with options
Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets effectively
Monitors financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget
Balances costs, quality, and scope to deliver maximum value to stakeholders
Creates high-performing teams by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication
Identifies team strengths and assigns roles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Encourages collaboration and empowers team members to contribute to project success, fostering culture of excellence
Quickly adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances or new information
Clearly defines and controls the project scope to prevent scope creep
Manages change requests while ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints
Maintains focus on deliverables and ensures they meet agreed-upon requirements
Masters project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Effectively uses tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.) to plan, execute, and monitor projects
Applies standard and advanced PM techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Gantt charts
Must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
