Oversee daily operations of the service department
Lead, mentor, and support a team of service technicians
Manage scheduling, job assignments, and workflow to ensure timely project completion
Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving support
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided
Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards
Qualification
Required

Previous experience in electrical service management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license required
