Responsibilities

Take a proactive approach when working with various department leadership to ensure that preparations are made for guests and trainees

Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and coordinating appropriately

Answer employee and visitor questions and emails, and provide them with the relevant information

Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive

Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries. Notify recipients of their delivery and ensure packages are relocated to designated staging area

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Process requests for new or replacement parking passes and building access badges for the Westlake office

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
