Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Test and Repair Technicians and other technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach
Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for high-volume and recurring hiring needs
Attend job fairs, technical school recruiting events, and industry networking sessions to promote career opportunities
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring trends
Maintain compliance with internal policies and all applicable employment regulations
Act as a brand ambassador for FII USA, promoting opportunities and technical career growth

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of recruiting experience required
Prior experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles (especially Test and Repair Technicians) required
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (job boards, social platforms, ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred
