Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Be the local contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Collaborate with global IT teams to support system upgrades, patch management, and deployment of new technologies

Monitor IT equipment and infrastructure, escalating critical issues

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory

Support local and remote users with excellent customer service and communication

Ensure compliance with IT security procedures

Help with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including account setups and equipment provisioning

Be an important contributor in projects, audits, and disaster recovery planning/testing

Participate in an on-call rotation

Qualification

Active DirectoryMicrosoft AzureMicrosoft SCCMVirtual desktop deploymentsRemote support tools

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 4 years' experience in Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure

Experience with Microsoft SCCM

Virtual desktop deployments
