Our client is implementing Redwood midway through sourcing and beginning inventory management in Redwood, targeting the sourcing go-live by the end of February and self-service receiving by mid-February

The team has completed supplier registration and portal rollouts, focusing now on buyer-side sourcing and inventory

They require support that combines deep Redwood experience with Oracle financials knowledge to anticipate and avoid implementation pitfalls

This approach is meant to ensure internal teams retain expertise after consultants leave
