Call Center Customer Service Representative
Answer Excellence is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and efficiency to address customer needs and inquiries
Follow communication "script", guidelines and policies
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Assist with dispatching medical orders during downtime and when assigned
Enter data accurately into our systems, including customer details, transaction records, and service requests
Support client services by following up on unresolved issues and ensuring timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills in English
Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles with a focus on client services
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing
Strong written communication skills - ability to use proper grammar and punctuation
Good analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions
Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure
High school or equivalent (Required)
Available to work holidays required (double pay)
A quiet, private and HIPAA compliant workspace is required for all remote positions
