Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing reviews of recurring accounting areas that require estimates, judgments, and complexity, such as revenue, compensation, and goodwill impairment, while documenting position papers
Develop and present training materials to segment and regional finance teams on topics like revenue and leases
Assist with the review and preparation of Forms 10-Q, Form 10-K, and related public presentations
Draft technical accounting position papers for new and significant accounting transactions, including purchase accounting and contingent consideration
Prepare quarterly documentation of key accounting issues for management, including the Controller, CFO, Disclosure Committee, and Audit Committee, and communicate the financial statement impact
Monitor the segment finance team’s compliance with ongoing SOX requirements, particularly around revenue and compensation
Liaise with internal and external auditors to fulfill audit requirements related to revenue recognition and new transactions
Review quarterly quantitative and qualitative revenue recognition disclosures

Qualification

CPA licenseBig 4 experienceAccounting expertiseFinancial statement preparationTraining development

Required

5 - 7 years of total finance and accounting experience including time spent with 'Big 4' public accounting/audit
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university in the United States
Active CPA license required
