Qualification
Required
Proficiency in CNC Programming, including creating and modifying machine code for CNC Mill and CNC Lathe equipment
Skill in Machining, with hands-on experience in setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machines
Experience in Teaching and effectively sharing technical knowledge and processes with team members as required
Understanding of AS9100 standards and compliance with quality management systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality
Preferred
Previous experience working in aerospace, oil, and gas manufacturing is a plus
