Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a major account, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with an emphasis on growth
Oversee daily operations related to the account, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Implement and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and quality
Act as the face of eTeam, and develop long lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness
Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Lead and mentor a team of coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Qualification
Required
Proven success in expanding Fortune 1000 clients
Experience in leading a geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
