Work closely with raw material suppliers for annual renewal of CFI Certification, proactively reviewing and challenging certification forms
Liaise with internal stakeholders for certification of finished products
Archive new CFI forms in internal systems
Update the CFI Monitoring system to track validity dates of CFI certificates
Maintain communication during CFI audits and provide requested certifications
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience working with raw materials and suppliers
Bachelor's degree in general science, chemistry, regulatory/compliance, or related technical field
Experience in cruelty free certification or product certifications
Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral
