Maintain HR systems with a focus on configuration, reliable operations, and executing system updates

Analyze and document HR system requirements and process flows

Independently troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, minimizing the need for external vendor or manager intervention

Execute integration testing for new features, releases, and system components

Create technical documentation and assist with end-user training to drive system proficiency

Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement incremental system improvements

Willingness to travel internationally or domestically once a year for workshops or requirement meetings
