Responsibilities

Assist in the new account workflow, account maintenance and trade related items leveraging custodian software, Docusign and other tools

Working with advisors to ensure proper account opening procedures and documentation

Interface with various departments on behalf of the team to collect information and respond to requests

Participating in ongoing learning and development to enhance support of clients

Administrative duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing, processing forms

Comply with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies
