Special Tooling Crib Coordinator - McKinney, TX

The Special Tooling Crib Coordinator will support a mechanical engineering design team by managing tooling requests and maintaining inventory accuracy of government and customer-owned property.

Responsibilities
Custodian property record maintenance of Government, Customer, and Raytheon-owned Special Tooling
Consistently display effective communication and strong professional behaviors
Cyclical Special Tooling inventory
Property record updates in the SPS/SAP Property System
Support compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols
Take action based on metrics that drive and/or affect the property system
Interact with other factories, teams, programs, and Business Units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
Frequently use Microsoft Office applications
Maintain record accuracy through close attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience working with SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM and/or Property system (i.e., SPS)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure business needs are met
Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed to support the factory
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative work ethic to work with others in a team environment
Physical ability to lift heavy tooling, work with hands positioned above head, and ability to use ladders and step stools
Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities
