Sales Planning Manager

Responsibilities

Drive sales planning efforts by aligning business objectives with customer strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Lead the execution of new product launches and limited-time offers (LTOs) across key accounts, ensuring seamless inventory planning and availability
Partner with the Sales Team to develop tailored strategies for CPG distributors and direct/eCommerce customers such as UNFI, Whisha, Walmart, Amazon, Target, and other key accounts, optimizing sales performance and market growth
Work closely with the Demand Planning Team to enhance forecasting accuracy and implement advanced planning strategies to support Direct customers
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category management teams to drive successful sales initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
Monitor sales performance, analyze key trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales execution
Develop and execute promotional programs in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive customer engagement and sales growth

Required

3-5 years of experience in sales planning, category management, or demand planning, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret sales trends, and provide actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with planning tools such as SAP, Nielsen, or other business intelligence platforms

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience working with CPG distributors and/or direct & eCommerce customers such as UNFI, KeHE, Walmart, Amazon, Target, or similar key partners
