Support and maintenance of applications in general
Successfully supports initiatives and projects
Coordinates effectively with other staff
Responsible for analyzing issues and acting as a liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues
Developing, testing and documenting computer programs for special requirements and to customize portions of purchased package
Implementing/installing new programs/systems
Providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems
Understands and adheres to the service provider/customer chain of accountability that ultimately leads to the patient
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a preference in computer science, information systems, or related field
