Responsibilities

Define and execute the engineering strategy for the Newport Richey site, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and technology roadmaps

Lead resource planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning to build a strong, engaged engineering team

Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and governance processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to drive seamless execution and resolve technical challenges

Advance Pall Aerospace’s filtration and separation technologies through innovation, VAVE initiatives, and obsolescence management

Provide technical oversight for all NPI/NPD and sustaining engineering projects from concept through production release, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and regulatory requirements

Drive rapid resolution of technical issues impacting production, quality, and customer delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant engineering experience with emphasis on support and sustainment programs OR Master's/Doctoral degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

10+ years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace or similarly regulated, high-reliability industries

Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex product development programs

Strong working knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100), gated development processes, and regulated product environments

Demonstrated success driving NPI/NPD execution, cost-reduction programs, and sustaining engineering performance

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required
