Responsibilities
Draft and Review:
Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs)
Amendments, assignments, estoppels, and closing certificates
Title commitments (Schedule B), surveys, and objection letters
Entity docs (LLCs, resolutions, consents)
Manage closing checklists and critical dates
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and opposing counsel
Prepare closing packages and escrow instructions
Review environmental, zoning, and easement documents
Draft client-ready emails
Engage with counterparties professionally
Flag issues early and offer solutions, not just summaries
Qualification
Required
Entry-Mid Level Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Ability to operate with minimal supervision
Ability to produce clean first-draft work product
Ability to manage portions of a deal from LOI through closing
Experience in drafting and reviewing Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Experience in drafting and reviewing Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs)
Experience in drafting and reviewing amendments, assignments, estoppels, and closing certificates
Experience in reviewing title commitments (Schedule B), surveys, and objection letters
Experience in preparing entity docs (LLCs, resolutions, consents)
Ability to manage closing checklists and critical dates
Experience in coordinating with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and opposing counsel
Experience in preparing closing packages and escrow instructions
Experience in reviewing environmental, zoning, and easement documents
Ability to draft client-ready emails
Ability to engage with counterparties professionally
Ability to flag issues early and offer solutions, not just summaries
Preferred
Georgia-based practice preferred
Experience as a 1099 contractor or part-time W2
